Offices


Most of the Research and Project Units of the Roma2 Department carry out their scientific activities at the INGV Rome Headquarters.
Some local offices, based in different Italian locations, complete the Department’s structure:

The Magnetic Observatory of L’Aquila  located in the Castello Cinquecentesco (16th-century Castle) of L’Aquila and the , Magnetic Observatory of Duronia  located at Duronia (CB)  and the "UF5 Technical Operational Unit for International and Environmental Security located in v.le Pinturicchio a Roma e l’UF6 Laboratory for Marine Technologies in Portovenere" located at Fezzano, Portovenere, La Spezia.

 

Some Research or Project Units pursuing their research studies at the INGV Rome Headquarters, have few employees working at the aforesaid local offices or at the Headquarters of other INGV Departments:
